I have had the pleasure of working with Nathalie on a key initiative, at PROS, which required a major update within their CRM.

Nathalie has one of the sharpest minds and is fearless in her pursuit of excellence. Starting almost from scratch, Nathalie helped us to implement the solution, first in a sandbox environment, where every detail was checked and rechecked. She added depth to our initial objective, ensuring that we had what would be needed now and in the foreseeable future. Nathalie tested several tools to help us to do a 365-degree implementation, which would not have been possible without the other and various solutions, she found. She is a true professional, taking the approach of “what is best for the company and the users” as her motto. She is a true team player and was open to our brainstorming sessions, as we designed and implemented the solution. Nathalie worked many late nights and weekends to get the system ready for “production”.

We launched the new process and system within the allotted time frame. We could not have come so far and so quickly, without her ongoing support, creative ideas, and skills. PROS is very lucky to have Nathalie as part of their IT team.
